Modeled from the PDS High School Athletics programs. Student must have a SILVER CARD issued to them by the Athletic Secretary to participate in sports.

1. SPORTS PHYSICAL
2. REGISTRATION
3. FEES/WAIVERS
The student will give this silver card to their Coach prior to the start of the season. Students WILL NOT be allowed to participate on the first day of practice without the silver card. Reach out to our Athletic Secretary, Nicole West , with any questions.
