August 1st-4th - Conditioning 3:00pm-4:30pm - Bodyweight Exercises/Running/Flag Football

August 7th-9th - Conditioning 3:00pm-4:30pm - Bodyweight Exercises/Running/Flag Football

August 10th,11th,14th,15th - Pre-season camp 3:00pm-5:00pm - Drills/Positioning/Technique

August 17th - *Season starts 3:00pm-5:00pm - *You will need to have a blue card before participating on the first day of the season.

1. REGISTER ON SPORTS ENGINE

2. PAY FEE (Bring in receipt of School pay payment)

3. TURN IN PHYSICAL TO FRONT OFFICE

Official Start of Football Season 8/17/2023-10/10/2023

• Blue “Permit to Practice” Card* required before a student can practice

(student must have an athletic physical turned into the office, pay their athletic fee, and register on Sports Engine)

• Athletes need Cleats, work out clothes, water bottle, and 2 mouthpieces
• Game times are:
• Varsity and JV games will be played at the same location on the same date. 
• Varsity Games will start at 3:30pm
• JV Games will start at 5:00pm AFTER the Varsity game.

Practice:

• 2 solid colored mouthpieces
• Cleats and work out clothes

If you know your athlete is going to be absent, please send coach a note prior to the missed practice.  If the absence is unexpected, send me a note with your child the next day or contact coach as soon as possible.   Since we have so few practices before our first game, practice attendance will play a huge part in deciding playing time during a game.  No athlete will lose game time due to excused absences, but by missing practices, the athlete misses valuable teaching time on the field.
